As a Whizz Education Adviser you develop relationships with local schools, market Maths-Whizz into those schools and then work with client schools, as well as parents, to implement best practice and gain greater results in maths for students.

TOTAL INITIAL FEE: £4,950

Every business requires an initial investment and overheads, which are important, because that determines the bottom line profitability of your business. From the 2nd year you will be charged an annual fee to cover the costs of support material and business tools like a business tracker, email hosting, and on-going development. So overheads remain small, and profits are maximised.

MINIMUM PERSONAL INVESTMENT REQUIRED: £5,000

TOTAL INVESTMENT INC. WORKING CAPITAL: £5,000-7,500. You will need to ensure you either have an income already, or that you ensure you have enough for your living expenses until the business starts generating profits. You will incur some other costs - for instance travel and telephone - however, all these costs are variable and linked to client growth and revenue.

EARNING POTENTIAL: The great thing is that, with this business, what you can earn is entirely up to you! Your earnings will depend on a number of things, like your work ethic, the time you devote to the business, (and how effectively you spend that time), the amount of marketing activity you undertake, the way in which you deploy the techniques we give you and, of course, your existing skills, experience and contacts. The model shows there is a potential to be earning towards £50,000 per year in Year 3.

Your core income will be from the school sales of Tutoring Plus for Schools, Teachers Resource and Service agreements. You are free to pursue other income streams using Whizz products when authorised.

Whizz Education Advisers are certified advisers that work in their local geographical area with schools and the parent community to raise education standards in maths with students at primary and early secondary school level, through the proper use of Whizz Education’s services. (No experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be given to suitable applicants. In addition, you certainly don’t need to be good at maths)

You are energetic with a strong desire to succeed and make a difference in your community. * You enjoy meeting people and making a difference. * You are very ‘social’ and can build rapport with people. * This is an education business - so if you’re uncomfortable with working within the educational environment, it’s best you don’t bother with Whizz. * You are well organised, able to manage your time effectively and prepared to keep records. You can’t manage what you don’t measure and at Whizz we have a tremendous self management tool. * You are not afraid of hard work - you have to put a lot of effort in at the beginning to build your business. But also appreciate free time when it counts. *Take responsibility for your results! We can provide the product and support but the level of success you achieve will be down to you.

You don’t need to have a track record in sales to be successful and you definitely DON’T need to be a mathematician. As long as you’re comfortable talking to people and have a genuine interest in helping children do better in school, you may be suitable as a Whizz Education Adviser.
