About Us
The Sentinella Network was set up in 2007 to offer people the opportunity to launch The Sentinella magazine in the area where they live, or in a country and region that they would like to move to. There are now four editions of The Sentinella magazine spanning the Costa del Sol and Costa Tropical regions of Spain. The Sentinella Business Opportunity gives you the chance to start your very own The Sentinella magazine in any part of the world. Each area is sold only once, giving you total exclusivity in your region. The Sentinella is a light-hearted community magazine, distributed once a month within a small local area. Money is made from the companies and tradesmen who pay for an advertisement inside the magazine. Along with the adverts, The Sentinella magazine also contains interesting articles, jokes, news, plus local information, such as a what’s on page, useful phone numbers, restaurant reviews and business case studies. Distribution of the magazine is between 3,000-7,000 copies monthly and it is printed professionally; the only regular cost. No experience is necessary in any part of the magazine production process, as we show you exactly what steps to take and we even take care of the editorial and layout for you! We’re available for ten hours a day via phone and email to offer you advice and on-going support.

Sentinella Bag – This is provided to carry around your Price Lists, Business Cards and Order Forms. It is not designed to carry around heavy magazines for distribution purposes.
Back Issues of The Sentinella (quantity depends on membership level) – These come in handy when selling advertising space for your first edition.
Unlimited, ongoing email support – This is absolutely priceless. Whenever you have any questions, or you come up against a small challenge, just send us an email. We always try to answer within 24 hours.
Telephone support (number of months depends on membership level) – If you have a more pressing question that needs answering immediately, or you just need some reassurance, contact us by telephone.

An area website – This will be on the domain www.((yourare)).thesentinella.com/ and it provides an extra source of income, as you are able to sell advertising space to local companies to complement their magazine adverts.
An extra license to make more income via Sentinella Homes and Sentinella Shop. Sentinella Homes is a website database of properties for sale in the UK and Europe. Estate agents can add a number of their properties for sale, or home owners can add their individual house for sale, for a set fee. You receive 50 per cent commission for anyone you sell this to.
Sentinella Shop gives readers and internet users a chance to buy a range of products online, so they can shop in comfort. You receive 20 per cent of the profit for anyone that purchases direct from your website shop.
Platinum Level ALSO receives…
Not only do you receive the licenses to make extra income from Sentinella Homes and Sentinella Shop, but you also receive an additional Licenses for Sentinella Design & Print. Not only that but you also receive any other licenses that The Sentinella Network introduces FOR FREE. Each new license is worth at least 1,000GBP. Imagine the savings this will provide!

Financial Information
Earnings
One of the first questions most people ask when they are considering joining The Sentinella Network is, ‘how much will I earn?’ We usually reply with, ‘As much as you want!’ Your earnings all depends on how many hours you spend selling advertising space in your magazine. An average monthly income is the equivalent of 4.000GBP. However, one or two of our franchisees have achieved up to the equivalent of 9.000GBP a month. This is bearing in mind one stream of income only – from one magazine. But remember, once you receive the license to run The Sentinella in your area, you are allowed to launch multiple magazines within that region.
The Cost of the Business Opportunity
There are currently four entry levels for those looking to join The Sentinella Network.

Bronze Level – 4,500GBP Training Guide Book Silver Level – 6,500GBP Three days training on the Costa del Sol (please note that accommodation, transport and travel costs are not included). Gold Level – 9,000GBP Five days training on the Costa del Sol (please note that accommodation, transport and travel costs are not included). Platinum Level – 12,000GBP One to one training for seven days – we fly to you! We set up the magazine with you from start to finish, including two days spent selling advertising space with you. Yes, really! A small monthly fee of 5 per cent of profits, or 50GBP (whichever is greater) applies to all entry levels above. There is a further monthly fee of 350GBP a month for layout and 200GBP a month for editorial content – we provide the editorial and layout of your magazine, so that you can focus on advert sales. When you sell your magazine on to a third party, there is a transfer fee of ten per cent of the sale price.
