Emporium Parties was founded in May 1999: The company started small offering makeover based parties in a business premises in Folkestone, Kent.
Emporium Parties then started offering mobile parties, and, after launching their website, in 2004, Emporium Parties were soon in demand all over the UK. Emporium introduced themed parties and mobile disco services in 2005 which were an instant hit.
In late 2005, it was decided to launch the first pilot franchises, which have been a great success. Due to this success, Emporium Parties have now able to offer their franchise opportunity nationwide.

We are currently looking for franchisees all over the UK. Your business can be run from home, on a full or part time basis, and you can operate the business as a sole trader or partnership.
Emporium Parties currently run approx 1500 parties a year covering Kent, East & West Sussex. We are proud to be one of the best children's entertainment companies in the UK.
Emporium Parties have been entertaining and organising children and teenage parties since 1999 and have gone from strength to strength.
All staff work exclusively for Emporium Parties. Unlike many other party companies, Emporium Parties is not an agency.
All bookings are dealt with by our friendly telephonists at our Head
Office. Our telephonists are also experienced entertainers so are able
to accurately advise and assist with enquiries and bookings. Bookings
are distributed to the relevant franchise depending on the location of
the party.
All staff are trained in-house, with ongoing training and appraisals. Emporium Parties have £5m Public Liability Insurance and all electrical equipment is
P.A.T (Portable Appliance Test) tested for your complete peace of mind.
We are looking for many different types of people to run their Emporium Parties franchise. You may be young or more mature, you may be a mum or dad, you may be unemployed, you may have a full time job, you may have children you may not. You may have been in business before or you may have no business experience.

We at Emporium Parties understand that all our franchisees require training in many different ways.
You may have run your own business before, you may have previously been a children's entertainer or you may have no knowledge of the business and require a full training package.
The training is split over 2 weeks: Week 1 includes our full party induction and lets you know what we expect from our franchisees. We also train you in all themed party activities, the administration system, understanding your market, customer relations and Health & Saftey.
Week 2: is party based and includes working with experienced party leaders for you and your staff leading onto holding your own parties with the supervision of one of our support managers. We estimate that most franchisees should be trading, unsupervised, within 3 months if not sooner, but this will depend on any previous experience you may have had.
Ongoing Training: The aim of the initial training programme is to achieve basic level 'party ready' training for you to build upon to start receiving a return on your investment as quickly as possible. Further advanced training is given throughout your franchise agreement.
The franchise can be run from home on a full or part-time basis as a sole trader or partnership operation with a low start up cost, the franchise package includes:
- Full initial & ongoing training provided
- All party equipment & manuals are included
- Advertising & Promotional Support
- Website maintenance and development
- All Marketing & Admin is handled centrally from Head Office
Franchise Fee: £4,995.00
Set-up Costs (Training, Equipment & Costumes etc): £8,000.00
(The cost of costumes can be made by instalments and equipment costs can be made via staged payments.)
Working Capital Required: If you are starting the business on a part-time basis, in conjunction with your current job, there will be no need to have sufficient working capital to cover your normal out goings whilst you establish your business
